GRILLED HALLOUMI SALAD

Serves 2

Upgrade your lunchtime with this next level cheese and tomato salad.

INGREDIENTS

250g Halloumi cheese (thickly sliced)

200g Fresh tomatoes

2tbsp Yarty ‘B’ Black Garlic

2tbsp Olive Oil

1. Cut the block of halloumi into thick slices and place under a medium grill. Or drizzle the cheese with a little olive oil and place onto a hot griddle pan. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden and charred.

2. Chop the tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. You could also add fresh cucumber, olives or any other salad favourites you have spare! Then lay your cooked halloumi on top.

3. Mix ‘B’ with the olive oil and drizzle over the plate. Yum!
