ASPARAGUS & PROSCIUTTO

Classic crisp combination of fresh greens and delicious ham with our special fruit vinegar.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 250g white or green asparagus

◦ 80g Prosciutto

◦ Olive Oil

◦ 1 tbsp Yarty Mango & Ginger

DIRECTIONS  

1. Wrap the white asparagus in prosciutto and place into a skillet with a few drops of olive oil to crisp the Prosciutto over a low heat.

2. Add the mango & ginger vinegar to the pan and stir for a delicious glaze.
